Internet relocation policy– Parallel or Hot Relocation

1. Customer can initiate change request via Customer Portal

2. Renewal of minimal 12 months for each relocation request for Enterprise Internet, Managed Internet, Secured Internet or Internet Lite service on GPON access. For sites covered with SPTel fibre, will continue with existing contract term. 

3. For Parallel Relocation, the existing circuit will be given one-month free subscription and the billing of the new circuit will be in effect from the acceptance of handover.

4. For Hot Relocation, the existing circuit will be terminated with immediate effect upon acceptance of handover of the new circuit.

5. Relocation charge is applicable for all type of internet services and subject to resource availability for new installation address. 

6. With new relocation address, SPTel reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw any offer, promotion and any terms and conditions without prior notice to the customer.
