I confirm that all my information provided is accurate and up to date, and it falls within my responsibility to promptly update any changes whenever required.
- I agree to comply with all of SPTEL’s terms and conditions, which can be found at SPTEL Terms & Conditions, including SPTEL’s General and Product-Specific Terms & Conditions, which may be subject to changes from time to time (“SPTEL’s T&Cs”).
- I consent to receiving all service-related notifications and updates from SPTEL.
- I understand that while SPTEL strives to provide uninterrupted services, SPTEL will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from occasional downtimes or interruptions.
- I acknowledge that my personal and business information will be handled in accordance with SPTEL's Privacy Policy, as outlined in SPTEL Privacy Statement, which I have reviewed, understood, and accepted. In particular, I agree and consent that SPTEL may access, collect, use, and disclose my personal and business information for purposes related to the provision of services, including but not limited to billing, customer support, communications, identity verification, and other necessary and legitimate business purposes. I further acknowledge that, while SPTEL will take reasonable measures to protect my information, SPTEL shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or use of my personal and business information, except to the extent required by law.
- I agree to all payment terms as stipulated in SPTEL’s T&Cs. I further acknowledge that any late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services and may incur late payment interest charges. In the event of premature termination, early termination charges will apply.

New SPTEL Business Customers must provide the following documents in PDF/JPEG format to SPTEL upon request:
a. NRIC of Owner/Director/Authorised Officer (front and back)
b. ACRA Profile / Company BizFile (issued within the last 3 months) - Existing SPTEL Business Customers must be authorised officers within the SPTEL Customer Portal to make purchases on the SPTEL eShop.
- I am ready to subscribe to an SPTEL solution and acknowledge that:
a. My office/building must be connected to the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network (NGNBN).
b. For a new office/building location, all renovations must be completed before installation.
c. For installation requests for offices/buildings under renovation, billing will begin once installation is completed.
d. Any requests for delays to installation or order fulfillment by the customer after agreeing on a date may be subject to one-time charges.
e. SPTEL will conduct a credit check on my company, which must be in good standing before SPTEL decides whether to proceed with the order. - Any failure to meet the requirements above gives SPTEL the sole and absolute discretion not to proceed with the order. If SPTEL decides to proceed despite such failures, SPTEL reserves the right to amend the terms of the order as necessary to account for such failures.
- The Site Survey, Cabling, and Installation request for service dates (RFS) I receive upon order submission are tentative and subject to the availability of network, service, resources, access, in-building cabling and trays, and the procurement of all relevant approvals.
