Customer may choose to subscribe to Additional Attack Bandwidth Mitigation for additional protection beyond the entitled mitigation bandwidth. |
Cloud Mitigation Upgrade |
This VAS allows Customer to increase their Cloud Mitigation bandwidth from 100Mbps onwards |
Customized Notification Protocol |
SPTel will have a standard notification protocol (E.g. escalation personnel contact via SMS). This VAS allows Customer to request to for a bespoke notification protocol |
