This guide is applicable to new customer being onboarded to SPTel. In order to access the additional feature for customer portals, you would need to submit your company details for verification.
1. In SPTel Customer Portal, access your profile information as shown below:

2. Open the Company Profile page and click Edit.

3. Add in your company address, upload the supporting documents under UEN and click 'Submit for Verification'.



After successful verification by SPTel Account Manager, you will see all 3 steps completed as below:
