1. Trial and Pilot programs 

These are designed for customer’s ease of testing the platform’s capability to manage devices and its scalability to adapt to operations requirements. The trial is carried out in SPTel’s lab and is free of charge, while pilot is carried out in SPTel’s production environment and is eligible for subsidy. Together these 2 incubation programs will ensure the success of customer’s IoT solution prior its launch to the market.

2. End to end IoT “as a Service”  

From application hosting, device management, data processing, and IoT connectivity, these IoT services are available on subscription-based model. IoT service providers may dynamically leverage the services from SPTel and do not need to invest heavily to build their own platform infrastructure. SPTel’s IoT platform is hosted in Singapore, ensuring data sovereignty and compliance.
